Web Design

I have been integral in the development of graphical identities for different websites devoted to the various projects detailed elsehwere, and below. Beyond the creation of just the structure of the web site design, I have also created logos and other graphical components for these websites. As an example, all of the design elements on this website, including all logos and icons, were created by me.

Graphic Arts

I have worked with a variety of media in creating, mostly comic-book style human figures, inspired by roleplaying games that I have been in or have been involved with. I work in pencil, pen/ink and Prismacolor, as well as using software to color and enhance some of my work. I have also begun to work with 3D modeling software to create different images.

Projects

The following list provides summaries and links for some of the projects that I have been, or am currently, involved with that involve various combinations of graphic design skills. This list is certainly not exhaustive, as many of the other projects I've been involved with required my design skills, as well. For the following projects, however, my role was more specifically as a designer, rather than a programmer or research consultant.

Video Analysis Tool (VAT)

The Video Analysis Tool (VAT) project is a project carried out under the aegis of the Learning and Performance Support Laboratory (LPSL) at the University of Georgia. My role on this project was to create a graphical identity for the website and for printed material associated with the project. Recently, I have been given the task of providing a new interface and graphic design for the second-generation of this web application.

Georgia Teacher Success Model (GTSM)

The Georgia Teacher Success Model, carried out under the aegis of the Learning and Performance Support Laboratory (LPSL) at the University of Georgia, seeks to provide a way for Georgia teachers to assess their own performance, and keep track of their progress. My role on this project was to create a graphical identity for the website and for printed material associated with the project. While the Flash content was done by another programmer on the project, the logo, web design, and much of the website content management was conducted by me. The site is not yet available to the public, but here is a screenshot of the frontpage.
